Fl5 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the fl5 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These Terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the fl5 platform in any way, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are advised not to continue using the platform.
Acceptance of these Terms is an absolute condition for using fl5's services. Your continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes your consent to those changes. fl5 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice, and users are responsible for reviewing the latest Terms periodically.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and fl5 as the platform provider. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions contained herein.
2. Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of fl5 services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You must be at least 18 years of age to open an account. fl5 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity verification at any time.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming repeated bonuses, circumventing restrictions, or any other dishonest intent may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential
- All activity that takes place under your account, whether or not carried out with your knowledge
- Notifying fl5 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
- Ensuring your personal information is kept current and accurate
Fl5 uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, the security of your password and login credentials remains your sole responsibility.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As an fl5 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. Using the platform for any unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.
You hereby agree that you will not:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with fl5's security systems in any way
- Distributing content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or unlawful through the platform
- Using another user's account without authorisation or impersonating another user
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other financial criminal activity through the platform
- Transferring or selling your account to a third party
Fl5 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, freezing balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payments, Transactions and Financial Terms
All transactions on the fl5 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are required to use valid payment methods registered in their own name. fl5 does not accept third-party payments and reserves the right to decline or return any deposit suspected to originate from an illegitimate source.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to current policies, which may change at fl5's discretion. Deposits successfully processed via FPX or Boost will be credited to your account automatically. fl5 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or any third-party payment provider.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same name as the fl5 account. Processing times range from 1 to 3 business days. fl5 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected. Users who have received bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements stated at the time the offer was made.
Taxes and Financial Liability
Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from their winnings or transactions on the fl5 platform. fl5 is not liable for filing any tax declarations on behalf of users.
5. Liability Limits, Account Termination and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Fl5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. fl5's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Termination and Suspension
Fl5 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account, with or without prior notice, if the user breaches any provision of these Terms and Conditions. Users may also close their account at any time by contacting fl5 customer support. Any legitimate balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to identity verification.
Intellectual Property
All content on the fl5 platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of fl5 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or exploit any part of this platform without prior written consent from fl5.
Third-Party Links
The fl5 platform may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. fl5 has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for their privacy policies, content, or practices. Access to third-party websites is entirely at your own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Fl5 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Your continued use of the fl5 platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
